Red Flag or Real Deal? How to Spot Scammy Property Offers and Invest Safely in the Philippines

Why we created this Webinar?

Over the years, we’ve heard heartbreaking stories from countless clients—OFWs losing millions, first-time buyers getting scammed, or families stuck with problematic properties. And we believe these horror stories are just the tip of the iceberg—a tiny fraction of the many Filipinos who’ve had trouble with their property investments.

HORROR STORIES

- Carlo

Horror Story#4: "First-time investor ako.

- Roldan

The truth is, real estate education in the Philippines is lacking. And with property selling now happening on social media, the risks are higher—especially for OFWs and first-time investors who rely on online listings, ads, and referrals.

Every single day, we receive hundreds of messages asking for help. Some concerns are simple, but many involve legal issues, fake titles, unclear contracts, or rushed decisions that now feel impossible to undo.

We created this webinar because too many people are making costly mistakes.

While we can only help a few one-on-one, this training allows us to share the D.E.A.L. Blueprint with more property buyers—so you can invest safely, avoid scams, and protect your future.
